Research Intern

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Research Intern to join our Equity Team within the Investment Research Group. The intern will focus on researching US-listed companies, gaining exposure to equity markets, and supporting the team in delivering actionable investment insights. This is a great opportunity for candidates eager to build a career in equity research and investment analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting due diligence on US-listed companies and related markets.

• Support the creation and maintenance of financial models for investment analysis.

• Conduct research on macroeconomic trends and government policy developments impacting the US and Asia.

• Help analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential market disruptions.

• Collaborate with the team on written research reports and presentations.

• Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas to investment recommendations.

Requirements:

• Current undergraduate or graduate student in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields with a strong academic record.

• Basic understanding of financial markets and equity valuation techniques.

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, including libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn.

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an Asian language is a plus.
