Electronic Trading Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell electronic trading platforms, maintaining relationships with existing clients while actively developing new ones to enhance market share and revenue.

• Provide professional electronic trading solutions, including algorithmic trading, DMA (Direct Market Access), and Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA).

• Collaborate with the technology team to optimize trading systems and enhance client experience.

• Develop and maintain trading reports aligned with various benchmarks, offering clients clear performance evaluations.

• Monitor and analyze market trends, delivering key insights and trading opportunities to clients promptly.

• Ensure smooth post-trade processes, including securities settlement and clearing.

• Understand institutional clients’ investment behaviors and preferences to provide tailored support and services.

• Participate in internal training sessions to improve the team’s technical and market understanding.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of trade execution, trading systems, and algorithmic trading strategies (including algorithmic trading, DMA, and TCA).

• Knowledge of FIX protocol and the operational mechanisms of electronic and algorithmic trading.

• Proficient in Python and Excel, with the ability to develop trading-related reports.

• Familiarity with securities settlement and clearing processes, and a solid grasp of financial markets and risk management.

• At least 1 year of full-cycle experience in electronic or sales trading.

• Proven experience in promoting electronic trading platforms or acquiring new clients, with a track record of increasing market share and revenue being a plus.
